Braveship at the Italian Senate: A Conversation on the Future of Organizations

The competitiveness of Italian businesses increasingly depends on their ability to rethink the way organizations think, make decisions, and work.

We are living through a period of profound technological, economic, and cultural transformation. In this context, I believe the real challenge is not simply adopting new technologies, but building organizations that can adapt, evolve, and create lasting value over time.

It is from this conviction that Braveship was born. I am delighted to present the book on July 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM, at the Italian Senate, during an event dedicated to exploring how new organizational models can enable Italian companies to become more competitive and antifragile.

To me, antifragility is about much more than resilience. It is the ability to transform change into an opportunity for growth. Achieving this requires more advanced organizational models, a culture built on shared responsibility, and a more forward-looking vision of work—one that places people, collaboration, and continuous learning at its core.

With Braveship, I hope to contribute to the ongoing conversation about the future competitiveness of Italy's business landscape. I am convinced that digital transformation represents an extraordinary opportunity, but it must be approached through a broader perspective—one that combines technological innovation with organizational evolution and cultural change.

I am honored to share this discussion with distinguished guests:

  • Anna Rossomando, Vice President of the Italian Senate;

  • Beatrice Lorenzin, Member of the Senate Budget Committee;

  • Francesco Frugiuele, expert in organizational innovation and the future of work;

  • Livia Paccarié, journalist at Il Sole 24 Ore Radiocor.

Together, we will explore what I believe is one of the most important questions facing our country today: What kind of organizations do Italian businesses need to thrive in the future?

I hope this event will provide an opportunity for institutions, business leaders, and professionals to engage in a meaningful dialogue on how to build organizations that are more aware, more adaptive, and better equipped to create value in an increasingly complex and fast-changing world.

I look forward to welcoming you to Rome.
