Inspiring Talk “Leadership and Technology. The Courage to Dare.”

On October 6, I will be at ELIS, in the Campus Agora, for an Inspiring Talk titled “Leadership and Technology. The Courage to Dare.”

I will meet managers, students and young people who are building their own path into the world of work. And I believe that this dialogue between different experiences, generations and perspectives will make the conversation particularly meaningful.

We will talk about technology, of course. But above all, we will talk about people, choices and courage.

Because every technological transformation comes with a deeper question: are we truly ready to change the way we think, make decisions and lead our organizations?

This is a question that has accompanied me for years and that also lies at the heart of Braveship, the book in which I brought together experiences, reflections and questions about how leadership can evolve alongside organizations.

I am particularly interested in engaging with those who are entering the world of work today. The new generations are the ones who will inherit the organizations, technologies and working models we are building today — and who will have the opportunity to transform them further.

I believe that talking about the future also means having the courage to question what we already know and imagine different possibilities.
