Var Group Kick-off: from Italy to the world – the value of coming together

Over the past few months, I have had the privilege of taking part in Var Group's Kick Off events across Italy, Iberia, Switzerland, DACH and Mexico. It has been a true journey that started in our home country and gave me the opportunity to meet hundreds of people who, every day, contribute to Var Group's growth around the world.

Each stop was unique. The places, languages, cultures and market dynamics were different, yet everywhere I found the same energy, the same willingness to build together and the same sense of belonging to a project that is becoming increasingly international.

At every event, we reflected on the journey we are taking as an organization: from our values and strategy to the evolution of our organizational model and our One Company vision. We talked about our goals, shared responsibilities, collaboration and the future we want to create. But above all, we listened. Because every country brings its own expertise, experiences and perspectives, enriching Var Group as a whole.

What I take away from this journey is the confirmation that our greatest strength does not come from being the same, but from embracing our differences and turning them into a shared direction. Being an international organization is not only about expanding into new markets; it is about learning every day how to work across borders, sharing knowledge, ideas and responsibilities.

Seeing people who speak different languages come together around the same values and the same vision continues to inspire me. It is the clearest sign that our journey toward becoming One Company is turning into reality.

This journey has reminded me once again that Var Group's future is not built in one place, but through the people who make it possible every single day, wherever they are. And it is this awareness that makes me even more excited about the journey that lies ahead.
