The year begins with a new presentation of the book Braveship in Empoli

I am truly happy to start the year with a new presentation of my book “Braveship” in Empoli, on Saturday, January 17th at 6:00 PM, in the beautiful Cenacolo degli Agostiniani.

I must admit that I still can’t fully explain what I felt the first time I held the book in my hands. Braveship tells the story of my experience, my life, and the deep connection between my journey and that of the organization I work for. It is a heartfelt and sincere account that traces the long path of change in corporate paradigms toward organizations that are freer, more inclusive, and less bound by traditional hierarchies.

Since 2014, I have been CEO of Var Group, a company based in Empoli that now operates internationally in the IT sector, while continuing to build its identity around people and the local community of the Empolese Valdelsa area. This strong bond also emerges clearly in the book, together with the idea of a form of leadership that is open to new talent and able to evolve alongside a changing world.

The presentation will be hosted together with Tamara Guazzini, partner and founder of Libreria Rinascita in Empoli, with whom I will engage in a dialogue on the themes of the book and the transformations shaping today’s world of work.
