Leadership is Balance: My Journey with the Braveship's vodcast
23 Marzo
When I first started shaping the Braveship project, I had no intention of writing yet another corporate manual on leadership. I felt the need for something deeper: I wanted to define a true philosophy for everyday life. A path dedicated to anyone who feels the desire to find the courage to change, to evolve, and, above all, to connect meaningfully with others.
To me, true leadership lies precisely in that subtle, dynamic balance between the opposing choices that life presents us with every day. We often wonder if we need more creativity or method; if it is better to focus on individual ambition or empathy for the community; if the secret lies in the courage to take risks or in the precision of planning. The answer, I have discovered, is not to choose a side, but to know how to stand in the middle, without escaping the tension that these opposites generate.
It is from this reflection that the Braveship vodcast is born, launching this Thursday, March 26th. I decided to meet people who embody this balance in extraordinary ways, bringing it into the worlds of sports, culture, business, and cuisine.
Together with Jury Chechi, we explored how fear is the foundation of courage; with Chiara Pavan, we saw how creativity flourishes precisely through limits; while with Silvia Boccardi, we reflected on truth as an act of care. The conversations with Teo Musso, Vera Gheno, and Carlton Myers were all essential pieces of a complex puzzle, where the "balancing acts" between life and profession turn into harmony.
These were six illuminating conversations—six episodes that are profoundly honest and real—where we didn't talk about success in the traditional sense, but about something far more precious: awareness.
I look forward to seeing you on all my social media channels to begin this journey together. This is not an invitation to be neutral, but a challenge to find your center in the midst of the storm.
