Var Group Iberia: the Kick-Off of One for All is a reality!

Last week I attended the Var Group Iberia Kick-Off in Seville, an event entitled “One for All”. It was a wonderful moment of connection that brought together the teams from Spain and Andorra, creating an incredible energy.

It's exciting to see how Var Group is evolving into a multinational, bringing with it a culture and values that are shared and felt everywhere. It’s an exciting but also tiring journey as we encounter cultural differences and learn from each other, and it is precisely these diversities that give us our strength and enrich our common culture.

But beyond the numbers, what we were celebrating during the Kick-Off was the strength of being a community, of sharing visions and challenges, laughing and dancing until late. Because, as I always say, when you do things as a team you have fun twice over.
