Var Group in Mexico: visions across the ocean

There are moments when you realize that geography is just a detail.
That an ocean and thousands of kilometers are not enough to divide what, in truth, connects us.

There are places that make you live in a suspended dimension, between dream and reality, between unfamiliar sensations and a familiar warmth. During my visit to the Mexican headquarters, I experienced a feeling that still stays with me: the sensation of being somewhere completely new and yet immediately feeling at home.

In just three days, the warmth of 56 young Mexican colleagues dissolved every distance. I found the same passion, the same energy, the same desire to build the future together that I experience every day on the other side of the world. As if an invisible thread were weaving our cultural identities into a single mosaic — Var Group, and so much more.

I saw up close the extraordinary work they carry out with care, professionalism, and creativity. I felt deeply that it wasn’t just about business, but about human relationships — a bond that is nurtured and strengthened over time.

I carry with me the memory of those days as a precious gift: the confirmation that we belong to a larger community, where differences don’t divide us but enrich us.

Because wherever you meet, there is always a place that can make you feel truly at home: the one built by the warmth of people.
