Zing: where minds meet, the future is born

It’s time to stop looking at the future — and start experiencing it.
On October 23rd and 24th in Rimini, we will discover for the very first time #Zing, the Var Group event where innovation is not just talked about — it’s done, lived, and felt.

I’ll have the pleasure of sharing the stage with extraordinary voices from the digital world and beyond: Chiara Francini, Alec Ross, Federica Pellegrini, Francesco Marino, Ameca, Mia Ceran, Doug Kirkpatrick — just to name a few who will make this first edition truly unforgettable.

This year’s theme couldn’t be bolder: integrating different intelligences to create a new paradigm — a way of doing business that breaks patterns, challenges rules, and creates real opportunities.
We’ll talk about human intelligence, that spark that pushes us to see beyond; artificial intelligence, which amplifies our ability to decide and act; collective intelligence, the strength that emerges when ideas meet; and organizational intelligence, which turns visions into tangible results.

All together, not in pieces — because the future can only be built when intelligences merge and become plural intelligence.

During the two sessions on Thursday and Friday, together with national and international guests, I’ll share how Var Group is embracing this challenge every day: by putting people, culture, and organization at the center, turning obstacles into springboards for growth.

Zing is not just an event.
