“Braveship makes its return to bookstores: discussing it with Chiara Francini

I can’t fully describe what I felt the first time I held my book in my hands. Braveship tells my story, my life, and the deep connection it has with the organization I work for.
It is a sincere, heartfelt narrative that retraces the long journey of transforming business paradigms toward more free, inclusive, and non-hierarchical organizations.

After almost six months since its release in bookstores across Italy, I will be speaking about it again in Florence, at Libreria Libraccio, on 21 November at 6:00 p.m.

Leading the conversation will be Chiara Francini – actress, writer, and a prominent voice in the public debate on women’s roles, identity, and the balance between vulnerability and strength. With her sharp intelligence and her ability to engage audiences with both humor and depth, she will offer a cross-cutting reading of the book’s themes, opening reflections on the courage to innovate, female leadership, and new ways of doing business.
