Meet me at Lead Her Way 2026: Collaboration and Inclusion for a New Vision of Leadership
20 october, Rome
On October 20, I will be in Rome to attend an event dedicated to the role of female leadership in driving innovation and business growth, promoted by Range Rover in collaboration with Il Sole 24 Ore.
How do we build a team that can navigate change, embrace differences, and empower the next generation of leaders?
This is a question I consider central to anyone leading an organization today. That is why I am delighted to take part in Lead Her Way 2026, a roadshow dedicated to female leadership, which will stop in Rome on October 20, bringing together entrepreneurs, managers, professionals, representatives from institutions, and members of the academic community.
I will deliver a keynote speech as part of the session “Teams That Work: Collaboration and Inclusion for the Next Generation of Leaders”. It will be an opportunity to share experiences and perspectives on how collaboration and inclusion can become tangible drivers for building organizations that are better equipped to innovate, evolve, and create economic and social value.
I believe leadership today requires a change in perspective. It is not simply about setting a direction and guiding people toward a goal; it is about creating the conditions for everyone to contribute their skills, experience, and ideas. It means moving beyond control-based models, fostering autonomy, and building environments where differences are not obstacles to be managed, but resources that can inspire new solutions.
This is a reflection that has accompanied me throughout my journey as CEO of Var Group and is closely connected to my work on the evolution of organizational models, as well as the themes I explore in my books, Braveship and Riscrivere il potere. Because innovation is not just about introducing new technologies: it also means rethinking how we make decisions, collaborate, and recognize people's contributions.
During the event, we will exchange different perspectives and experiences to explore how to support the growth of new generations of leaders and promote more open, inclusive leadership models that can respond to the transformations shaping our time.
I am convinced that the organizations best equipped to face the future are those that know how to turn differences into value, trust into shared responsibility, and collaboration into a tangible driver of innovation.
See you in Rome at Lead Her Way 2026!
